1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Enoch Press website and any purchases made through it.
By using this website, creating an account, submitting content, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Please do not use the website or purchase a product if you do not agree to these terms.

2. About Enoch Press

Enoch Press is an independent faith-based publisher offering digital books, devotionals, study materials, journals, activity books, and related resources.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Enoch Press is not an official representative of any church, denomination, religious institution, or governmental organization.

3. Digital Products

Products sold directly through the Enoch Press website are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.
Depending on the product, your purchase may include PDF files, ZIP files, answer keys, printable pages, or other downloadable materials.
Download access is generally provided through the order-confirmation page and the email address entered during checkout.
You are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate email address.
  • Downloading and saving your files.
  • Using compatible software and equipment.
  • Maintaining backup copies of your purchases.

Enoch Press will make reasonable efforts to restore download access when an order can be verified, but permanent or unlimited access to previously purchased files is not guaranteed.

4. Personal-Use License

Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the product for personal or household purposes.
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, you may:

  • Download the purchased files.
  • Save reasonable backup copies.
  • Print copies for your own personal or household use.

You may not:

  • Modify the files and sell or distribute the modified version.
  • Remove copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or ownership information.
  • Claim the content, puzzles, designs, or files as your own work.
  • Upload substantial portions of the files to automated content-extraction or artificial-intelligence training systems.
  • Use the files for a church, classroom, study group, organization, or commercial program unless the product includes that permission or written authorization has been obtained from Enoch Press.

A separate license may be required for group, classroom, ministry, organizational, or commercial use.

5. Intellectual Property

The Enoch Press website and its original content—including books, puzzles, devotionals, journals, written materials, graphics, product images, designs, branding, logos, downloads, and page layouts—are owned by Enoch Press or used with permission.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the copyright, trademark, design, or underlying intellectual property to the customer. Digital content, including website writing and visual works, may receive copyright protection under United States law.

6. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due when an order is placed. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information.
Enoch Press may cancel, decline, or refund an order when there is evidence of:

  • Fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
  • A duplicate transaction.
  • A clear pricing or product-listing error.
  • Technical failure that prevents delivery.
  • Misuse of the website or purchased files.

Applicable sales tax may be added where required by law.

7. Prices, Promotions, and Coupons

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.
Coupons, discounts, and promotional offers:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

Product images are provided for illustration. Colors and appearance may vary based on the customer’s screen, printer, paper, ink, software, and print settings.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and technical requirements before purchasing.

9. Printing and Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, software, printer, and other equipment can open, store, or print the purchased files.
Unless otherwise stated, printable products are generally designed for the page size identified in the product description.
Enoch Press is not responsible for:

  • Customer printing costs.
  • Printer malfunctions.
  • Ink or paper usage.
  • Differences caused by printer settings.
  • Results from third-party print providers.
  • Device storage limitations.
  • Software or equipment incompatibility that was not caused by a defective file.

10. Refunds and File Problems

Digital purchases are governed by the Enoch Press Refund Policy.
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, digital-product sales are generally final once the files or download access have been provided.
Customers should contact Enoch Press if they experience a duplicate purchase, incorrect file, damaged file, incomplete download, or access problem.
When possible, Enoch Press will first attempt to replace the file or restore access before issuing a refund.
Approved refunds are issued only to the original purchaser and returned to the original payment method.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

11. Customer Accounts

You may be able to purchase products as a guest or create a customer account.
You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login information confidential.
  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
  • Providing accurate account information.
  • Informing Enoch Press of suspected unauthorized activity.

Enoch Press may suspend or restrict an account associated with fraud, unlawful activity, file sharing, repeated policy violations, or misuse of the website.

By voluntarily submitting content to the Enoch Press website, you grant Enoch Press a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce that content in connection with the website, customer service, and Enoch Press marketing. You retain ownership of your original submission.

Enoch Press does not guarantee that the website or download system will be available without interruption at all times.
Access may occasionally be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, security concerns, technical failures, internet outages, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct verified website and delivery problems.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided on an “as available” basis.

Enoch Press does not guarantee that:
