Digital Products
Products purchased directly from EnochPress.org are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital-product sales are final once the files or download access have been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Order or File Problems
Please contact us if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- A file is damaged, corrupted, or incomplete.
- Your download links do not work.
- You are accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
- You experience another verified problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase.
We will first attempt to correct the problem by replacing the file or restoring your download access.
Please report order or file problems within 10 calendar days of purchase whenever possible. We may continue to provide reasonable download assistance after that period when purchase records can be verified.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved when:
- A duplicate purchase is verified.
- The wrong product was delivered and cannot be corrected.
- A defective or inaccessible file cannot be replaced.
- The purchase was not authorized by the account or cardholder.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds are not normally provided for:
- Changing your mind after receiving download access.
- Purchasing the wrong product when the product title and description were clearly displayed.
- Not having compatible software, equipment, or printing supplies.
- Failing to read the product description before purchasing.
- Printing costs or results produced by a customer’s printer or print provider.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Enoch Press will process an approved refund promptly. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Exchanges
Digital products cannot be physically exchanged. If you receive the wrong file, we will provide the correct file after verifying your order.
